"I honestly don’t know where to begin, but I am incredibly grateful for the amazing hospitality and world-class service we experienced during our stay.
In the five days we were here, we met people who became like family to us. Especially Daniel, who patiently taught me how to play pickleball and made it so easy and fun to learn. The endless entertainment from Dauris and El Machina—LOL! Sergio, who always greeted us with a smile whenever we were at the pool and made sure we stayed well hydrated. Beatriz who always make sure our drinks are bottomless whenever we relax by the lobby. Fredelyn, who assisted us during our banana boat and paddle boat adventures, always making sure we knew what we were doing and that we were safe.
And to all the servers, waiters, and waitresses who treated us like family rather than just guests—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable.
We met so many wonderful people here that we may not even remember all of their names, but each of you played a part in making this experience so special.
