"Our stay at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort was excellent! The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job maintaining everything. The staff overall were very nice, helpful, and welcoming, which made our experience even better.
There was plenty of food with a wide variety of options. However, our taste preferences seem a bit different from Dominican cuisine, so it would be great if the resort considered adding more international chefs to cater to a wider range of tastes.
One thing to note is that the swimming pool and beach close at 6 PM. It would be even better if these were open until at least 8 PM for guests who prefer to avoid the strong sun during the day.
There were also many entertainment activities scheduled every day during our stay. These included cultural shows, Dominican history presentations, retro and Caribbean music, bachata dancing, magic shows for both kids and adults, and more. There were plenty of activities for both adults and children to enjoy daily. We especially liked the nightly shows where guests who excelled in the day’s activities were recognized.
Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated the hospitality. I would definitely give it five stars!"
