"It is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a park directly across the street. It's very close to MetroCentro making shopping and eating very convenient. This is the second time we've stayed here. The owner even allowed us to check in early. "This was my third time visiting this hotel. The overall set up and maintenance of the property is good. The staff at the front has always been friendly. The staff working the bar/ restaurant could be better. I stayed two nights and the bartender the first night was amazing! He came by the pool, asked us if we wanted drinks. He would stop by often to see if needed additional drinks or other services. The second night was not that good, we spend over an hour by the second pool and not once did...

"Tunco is a quaint beach town were surfing is the primary attraction. A walk along the streets, shops, and street vendors make for a colorful experience but be prepared to sweat as virtually nothing is air conditioned except our hotel room that was a great refuge from the heat. This hotel was the right place to stay and we will return. Wait staff in restaurant was only average, but rest of staff was great! Breakfast ok with no substitution made choice more complicated... "
