"My family and I had a pleasant stay. The free shuttle service was safe, spacious and on time. The rooms and bathrooms need some work as tiles were missing, the bathroom window was being secured by a rubber band, paint was peeling off the doors and walls. This, however, was made up for by the friendly staff, (especially the night shift), the quint and well manicured gardens, a gorgeous pool and the affordability. "Good place, quiet, nice good breakfast though at xtra cost,staff friendly but not in uniform! Excellent receptionist. The white lady i assume could be the owner was nice and friendly. I liked the Madala serving breakfast in the kitchen eating area, they should cloth him in Uniform so that we don't mistaken him as the Gardener in Kitchen. Staff lacking uniform only!! "I wasted 1hour 20 minutes at the airport upon arrival from Nairobi because guesthouse didn’t send driver to pick me up. We had full agreement to meet me with name picket. With the help of airport information desk, guesthouse was called and sent driver. It took another hour. Check in employee asked 150 R for the pick up which is 50 R higher than showed in their policy. Very poor business. No soul !"
