"I expected two beds (double, single) in one place as I booked family room but one single bed was placed in a different room. I have no idea why the beds are separated. The hotel itself is old and smelly. The only good thing is great ocean view"

"I spent a few days here whilst visiting a family member. Upon arrival the staff were warm and welcoming. My room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast times were nice and relaxing, finishing at 10.30a.m so I didn't feel rushed after a late night and it was fresh and plentiful. Check-out time was 12 noon too was is really helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is fine, it struck me as a kind of an upmarket Premier Inn. Location is good although the Marina restaurants tend to the the Nandos/Pizza Hut/Zizzi end of the market, if you want anything nicer you will need to go into Brighton. The breakfast was expensive for what you got quality wise. It was OK for a night's stay."

"Their system said I had not paid for breakfast, I had. The room was not cleaned without my insistence, apparently they were too busy! Spent 90 mins in foyer while it was done. Room keys did not work very well. Changed but still not working properly. Woken just before midnight on final night, banging on door, He refused to say who it was, Said I had to prove who I was as no one should be in the room. No apology given. A man banging on my door just before midnight telling me to identify myself to...
