Cari Hotel di East Riding of Yorkshire

"This hotel is a unique and special place to stay. It’s"

"When we arrived, the receptionist required a piece of ID to confirm my name. She could have been friendlier about it...she was a bit 'cool'. Saw 2 'silverfish' bugs in the bathroom the first night but none after that. Why only 1 hand towel for 2 people? Didn't replace 2 milk sachets the next day. Sorry, for noting all these things. The breakfast is super. The young man at the desk was very helpful in arranging an early a.m. taxi for us."

"The jacuzzi in the spa was unfortunately not working. Our room had two showers (one over bath and one separate) but both had very poor pressure with the water just trickling out. The large air duct outside the bedroom window was very noisy and woke us up very early. There was a flickering bulb in the bathroom causing eye disturbance for me."

"Great location with easy walk to train station, National Railway Museum and the York Minster. Staff were excellent. All and all a great stay."

"Was all fine apart from strangers blone hairs hanging off lamp in room and also lamp had never had a dust in what looked like many months. Didn't want to have a proper look around incase anything else was found!!"

"has everything you need for a short stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite tiny and wardrobe space is limited. No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. There is a small outdoor area to sit in - if you like talking to the neighbours as all chalets are close together."

"Very clean and comfortable hotel not too far from the centre of York. Large room with a great bed. Excellent breakfast. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Would stay again"

"Very helpful staff, perfectly located with delicious full English breakfast with quality products."

"Good location and use of a washing machine and drying rack in room. Towels and linens had holes, pillows hard. No one kept security gates locked etc. It’s fine for budget travel."

"Muy cerca de todo."

"Was disappointed to find that there was no available gym in the hotel, even though it is advertised as such. The sofa bed in the room was broken, as was the air-conditioning. Staff attempted to fix it but didn’t make a difference. When we visited, there was a pile of mattresses sitting in the lobby. Surely there’s a better way to manage this. We shared our complaints with staff at the hotel but they showed little interest so I hope management will take note "

"My rooms AC is a little too loud. But everything else is good."
