"Great check in experience. Got there before 1pm and my room was ready. The staff ran through all I needed to know about the hotel and virtually took me to my room. The room was clean and comfortable, which had a small kitchenette. Nice to have a Nespresso machine, great touch. I had a great nights sleep in a lovely bed, what more could you want. I used the pool which was lovely too, although the floor in the ladies changing room was dirty and a bit slippery. Sauna was nice - would definitely book again."

"Clean and comfortable. Easy parking and close to IWM. Lift not working. No ice available. Only pizza available on the first night. Breakfast average. Road and rail noise. Very handy for The Red Lion pub which served delicious food."
