"Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Essen war gut aber leider nicht allzu warm, dies sollte für ein 5-Stern Hotel aber noch verbessert werden. Die Aussicht, der Strand und der Sonnenuntergang waren wunderschön. Das Zimmer war okay, aber meiner Ansicht nach kein 5-Stern. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben die Zimmermädchen. Danke vielmals."

"This is a great resort for a family holiday. As you can use other Lacroma facilities in the area there are plenty of pool options including indoors. Plenty of variety if staying full board but limited plant based options. The kids club is fantastic. Getting around with a pram is not the easiest - you need to walk down a road to get to the kids club, otherwise you need to navigate stairs - this would be easy for them to fix. Cups and glasses were seldom cleaned in the room, and I think the hotel...

"Really nice hotel, perfect distance from Old Town, the No6 bus service (5 min walk from hotel) is very convenient. Overall a good stay but found a member of the front desk very unhelpful when we were looking for general information"

"The hotel is in general very well located and has everything you need. Local transportation is conveniently located just a few meters away and can easily take you to the city center. Personnel is overall nice and helpful. The only inconveniece is the beach, which has large amounts of garbage both on the shore and the sea and it stinks. There are no hotel owned sun loungers and local vendors ask ridicolous amounts pp (€80!)."

"The hotel is in a great location and the room was modern and spacious with a nice balcony and view. Breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were a bit less warm than we’re used to by US standards, but that may just be a cultural difference. The pool was a bit of a walk from the room, and since it’s shared with another hotel, it was hard to find a seat. We got there at 8 AM when it opened to secure chairs. On the plus side, our kids loved the kiddie pool."

"It's a great hotel and in a great location. It was a shame that meal times could have done with some improvement. The buffet itself was satisfactory but it was hotel's attempts to maximise profit out of its customers that was disappointing. They provide drinking water at breakfast time but in the evenings if you wanted water with your meal you had to pay more than 5 euros for a medium sized bottle. This can get quite expensive for a family. The staff were kind. And the pool staff were kind...
