"The pictures on expédia undersold this property. It is beautiful! We had a balcony with ocean view. The scenery is gorgeous. Mountains in the back, clear water in the front. Flowers and trees everywhere! The pool was big (maybe a bit too deep for my liking: 5 feet everywhere so not ideal for kids). There is a long promenade between the beach and the hotel, full of restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir stores and plenty of water sports. The room was clean and a good size (double sinks,...

"The hotel is a resort- like set up. On a Marina with large beautiful boats. Has a nice pool overlooking the beach and the indoor pool for those looking to get out of heat! The tiered lounging spots nestled on a hillside amongst the pines. Plenty of refreshments everywhere. 5 nice restaurants on premise. Just lovely and staff very friendly! "

"What an absolutely amazing place. We have fallen in love with the hotel and the Island and didn’t want to leave. However we did have a mess up at check in which I think the hotel could have handled differently. We checked in ( after the stated check in time ) and were given our room but when we got to the room it was already occupied. We were told by reception to take a seat and they would look for another room. The hotel was obviously not full but we were kept waiting for about 2 hours....
