"Zeer weinig volk en animatie. Bij aankomst was er zelfs niemand om me te verwelkomen. De restaurants zijn gesloten, buffet kleiner dan anders. De redder aan zwembad is enorm vervelend. Geen enkele minuut rust want fluit constant op zijn fluitje. Mijn eerste ervaring vorig jaar was toch veel beter dan eerste keer. Ik deed in juni 6 hotels in Dubai en voor mij was riu het minste van allemaal."

"Great staycation, recommend half board option, food was delicious and abundant. The premier lounge is convenient but a bit restricted in food and drinks timing and dress code etiquette. The spa facilities are a must. I wish the pool had a pool bar. My very spacious room, which I loved, had a huge Bath tub, tub salt and bubbles are not provided."

"Hotel booking was made with breakfast and upon arrival was told it doesn't.....3 other bookings also booked (so 4 in total) which all had this included....Expedia didnt honour the same deal even though booking did include. ...all credit to the hotel staff, they was top notch......but won't be using Expedia again ..."
