"I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. Expedia's help desk were great in calling the hotel and getting me additional room at a reduced price (not free but it should have been). Thank you Expedia. Hotel staff were rubbish. Me sentí como la protagonista de una historia de amor en el Sahara. Es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable. El lujo en el desierto definitivamente merece mucha más atención; está muy infravalorado. Sin duda volvería con mi familia."

"We spent one night at the riad and had a wonderful stay. Thanks to its proximity to the city center, we were able to explore the most interesting sights on foot. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Our pleasant stay was also thanks to the friendly owner, who also recommended a nice restaurant. We highly recommend it!"
