"This is a fun hotel. A little 2020 “woke” in the branding but it’s in on the joke I think. “Heterofriendly” had me laughing as I’ve always thought, oh wow, hotel, thanks for being “gay-friendly”. In terms of amenities and spacious rooms it’s hard to beat in this old town."

"Beautiful hotel with amazing rooftop, outstanding location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Our room was noisy due to festivities outside our window. Otherwise, it was great!"

"The hotel was outstanding. Service was excellent. Staff were super, particularly Zarika. Transport to San Sebastián was easy and cheap via local buses which stopped around 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The only downside is the WiFi. It’s really poor, so if you need it for business, then make sure you have an alternative means of connecting. I found WiFi coverage in San Sebastián poor."
