"Room was clean. Beds a bit too firm for my liking. All housekeeping & minibar requests were handled as asked. Staff very present and busy cleaning common areas. Everyone was friendly but spoke very little English, brush up on ur Spanish before going! Only used buffet and 2 of the restaurants, but all were clean and provided ample options. There are a lot of vendors walking the beach daily but they moved on when told no. I read so many terrible reviews before going so I was worried, but honestly my biggest complaints are the resort is huge so it was hard to find everything, and the beach is so well-maintained that I couldn't even find a seashell! Ignore the complainers and get ready to relax!"

"Beautiful resort inside and out with spacious modern rooms! Beautiful beach and pools, the staff is friendly! The food variety is amazing and most of the restaurants were excellent, the leadt we liked was the steak one! The gym is amazing. The coffee shop was so good, plus they have an ice cream parlor. The drinks were premium! They had good shows every night, we loved the Michael Jackson and the Stars show the best, however bring earplugs because the volume is painfully high! Overall for the price this resort is excellent 👌 and we would come again!"

"If you’re looking for fun, this hotel is a right place. I like here everything: clean room, clean beach, delicious food and incredible activities. There is even a small library near OLA bar where you can take a book if you’d like. We had really great time in this hotel."
