"Nice place, very clean overall. Had a few hiccups, lady at the desk kept getting the numbers 6 and 9 mixed up and sent us with the wrong key and then sent staff to the wrong caravan. The cot was not already in the caravan, had to ring up to get it, was delivered but smelt of smoke and was broken and had to take it back. "We had a lovely stay, the place was nice, it was close to some lovely walks on the beach and in nature parks. We liked our hot tub but it was just a tad too hot and it wouldn’t cool down with the controls, we even left the top open and it stayed at 40 degrees, we couldn’t stay in for very long. The shower was either boiling or freezing but we still enjoyed and can’t wait to go back some day :)"

"This is by far the worst hotel I have booked in all my years of travel and is to be avoided by anyone thinking of staying. The pictures on the website are of the hotel 5+ years ago when it actually looked that way. On arrival the place looked derelict, the grounds are overgrown and scattered with rubbish. The outside walls have huge chunks of plaster missing and exposing brickwork. Immediately I contacted Expedia for a refund. They then tried calling the hotel the request it back on the photo...
