"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. very convenient for transportation and getting around.The staff were extremely helpful. There is a service bell at the entrance, and the hotel offers 24-hour assistance. Whenever I needed anything, the staff were always willing to help.
I was also impressed by the hotel’s modern security system. The entrance is equipped with an advanced digital keypad lock, requiring a password to enter and the elevator uses an electronic access card that must be scanned before you can select your desired floor. This extra security measure made me feel very safe and comfortable throughout my stay.The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. After spending several hours on a flight, having a nice hot shower was exactly what I needed. The only minor issue was that it took about 2–3 minutes for the hot water to come through, the shower was very relaxing.Another great advantage is the supermarket located downstairs. It is incredibly convenient if you need to buy anything during your stay. I managed to replace my damaged suitcase by purchasing a brand-new one at the supermarket for just USD 25, which was a really good bargain! They also sell lovely Guyana souvenirs, with prices ranging from just USD 1 to USD 10, making it a great place to pick up some affordable gifts and memories of Guyana.I had a delicious Chinese meal of Chicken with Cashew Nuts and Vegetables, which was freshly prepared and delivered to my room. Great and convenient stay！"
