"Room is very spacious and view is nice. Wish it would have a balcony. Hotel is kind of old. There was a hole in our floor and floor felt kind of slanted. Bed was comfy and fridge was large. Bathroom was small and towels that were given looked like home towels not hotel towels. It’s fine to stay for a day or two but it’s more like a motel vibe. Great location though n has a lot of potential but needs some updating. "

"They have some new system thats totaly screwed up. I bought two nights and had 2 comp nights and was told by front desk i was good til Saturday just to find they took my stuff our of my room and i had to get to the bottom of it. Pretty pist!! Im also pist that the idiots that own this place have had the pool and hot tub down for over a year. Do better!!"

"Sorry this is not a place I would ever stay again. You smell smoke immediately when you enter the building. The carpet in the hallway so very dirty. The room let out couch and furniture had stains all over it. Outside in the back where I parked to get to my room smelled just like trash it was terrible. "

"The other guests were unbelievably loud and the walls felt paper-thin, I could hear the TV in the room next to ours well into 2 AM. The bed creaked loudly at the smallest movement, the suitcase stand was so wobbly it was hard to put our luggage on it; and the Internet was frustratingly slow, the kind of WiFi speed you would get at a three star hotel 15 years ago. "Our stay exceeded our expectations! The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed at check in to have a great stay regarding hot tubs and restaurants and bars. The room was extremely clean. The atmosphere here was so inviting and relaxing. My favorites were the parrots in the lobby and the indoor/outdoor heated pool—and the outside fire pit at the restaurant —-and the roof with two hot tubs and the relaxing pub!! So many wonderful things at this hotel!! ...

"We were here for a weekend tennis camp and found the hotel very reasonably priced, comfortable, wonderfully located by the beach and bay. The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Having an internal parking garage is brilliant and convient. I don't care for boardwalks but Rehoboth Beach's walk is minutes away. Very pleased with our stay!! "
