"Our first room had a terrible odor that was unbearable for me. It smelled to me like cat pee, and the front desk said they didn't allow cats, but that is what it smelled like. It was overwhelming. I asked for a room change, and they finally accommodated us on our second day at check-in time (3 pm). (They stated that the odor was from someone smoking in an adjacent room. Definitely not a smoke odor.) They told me a room number for the second room, but the key card didn't work. Looked at the key...
