"Great location and convenient parking. Also Russel at the front desk is has great customer service. Hard workers like that are hard to find these days. However the condition of this hotel is bad. Rooms are filled with obvious black mold . We asked to another room and that room had even more mold. The aqua carpets are literally brown from dirt. "Our room was clean and spacious, which was a plus, but several issues made this stay frustrating. Our room was located in the back of the building, outside the main structure, so we had to use the back door and walk around the building just to get back inside, a hassle, especially at night. To make things worse, our key cards repeatedly failed to work. When we brought this up at the front desk, staff were unhelpful and somewhat condescending, brushing it off as a general "key malfunction."...
