"Visiting Oneonta to attend baseball games at Cooperstown All Star Village. It is a short 10 minute drive away. A clean and comfortable hotel near a small shopping mall. Staff was overly welcoming and attentive to our questions and to provide assistance. This general manager has surely established a professional atmosphere as exhibited by the employees we met and our observation of the overall appearance of the hotel. "The inn is very pretty. Make sure to have all the instructions available before you arrive. We arrived late at night, nobody was at the front desk and cell phone reception was terrible so it took me a bit of time to find the room number and code to get in. Be ready to take stairs to get to your room. The room was beautiful and so clean. We never got to see any staff on site, but our short stay was very pleasant."

The room did have an air freshener smell to it that was trying to hide a nasty cigarette smell but what do you expect for a cheap motel. We quick dropped our stuff and went to the wedding. "Such a quaint bed and breakfast. Of course it’s old house, but very clean. Breakfast was delicious and staff is very friendly and accommodating. "

"When we arrived at our room and walked in the beds were all disheveled, bathroom a mess and room was a mess. Got switched to another room, smelt like stale smoke when we walked in. Beds were uncomfortable with one pillow. When I took a shower it was warm at best. And for the price we paid because it was a graduation weekend makes it more infuriating. Never again!"
