However, arriving one hour early after a day of traveling and be told we have to pay $25 to get in our room early was very frustrating. The room was ready. Our options were to stand in the small lobby for an hour or pay $25. No offer to hold our luggage, etc. The room needs updating. The headboard was flaking and there was sticky stuff on the wall. There was a bottle cap left in the bathroom and a lot of dirt...

"I loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The bathtub was huge...I haven't taken a bubble bath in years and it was wonderful! Clay was wonderful with my son who has Down syndrome. He also helped me cancel an Uber that didn't arrive because I couldn't figure it out. All the staff were helpful and friendly."

"This is an excellent hotel and is clearly well managed. Excellent in every thing and the place has a pleasant and relaxing vibe. The best are the staff. They are friendly, professional from the desk to the bar and breakfast's staff to the maintenance man who can almost immediately to come fix our TV and had it working in minutes. "I was shocked by how disappointing my stay was from start to finish. At check-in, I was told my card kept declining and that I needed another form of payment. It turned out the problem was the hotel’s system, not my card. I stayed five nights, and my bed was never made once. My trash was never emptied, and I had to repeatedly ask for clean towels, only receiving enough on my last day. I guess the hotel was “self service” because I cleaned everything myself. The bathtub also wouldn’t drain...
