"I love this Moxy hotel! The staff is always super friendly and it's always well-maintained. I overheard someone complaining about the lack of in-room features to staff, so I was to clarify that the property is "European-style". The rooms do not much for bedside surfaces, no mini fridge, no microwave, and no closet. I love this aspect of Moxy hotels, so if you are looking for something more traditional of a hotel, this is not for you. Lots of common space though. There are pegs on the wall in...

"Everything was great. We traveled with a large group. That can be challenging. The staff was so amazing. We never had any issue. "

"The hotel has been refreshed since I Iast stayed there. The room, restaurant, and lobby are very nice and kept impeccably. The location across the street from the Capitol is a great place from which to explore and enjoy Madison. I highly recommend!"

"Breakfast and lobby and bar were great and clean. Front desk staff not friendly or personable. Room only had 1 remote for 2 TVs air vents were very dirty. Thermostat was hanging by a thread on the wall. AC was super loud and had a mind of its own. For the price per night defently cluld put more updates into the room."

Elevator clunked and banged then quit on Saturday afternoon. All the "art" had been removed from my room leaving rather sharp edged fasteners exposed at hip level.
