"When you hear the name Hilton, you think it's gonna be a high class place with all the best of everything. In this case, you'd be wrong. I knew from the start I wasn't gonna be a happy camper when I had to wait in line with a dozen people ahead of me trying to check in with the ONE receptionist on duty! The front desk tried their best to upgrade our room. The breakfast was delicious. A famous restaurant is attached to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean."

"I cannot recommend the Archibald at Charles Bridge more highly. Excellent location in “Lesser Town” (less touristy side of the river). Next to Kampa Park, right on the river, 10-15 minute walk to excellent Artic Bakery, 10 minute walk from Metro, trams, buses and the Kafka Museum. Lovely European breakfast daily. Comfortable bed. Room 31 is perfect: beautiful brick vaulted ceiling, off of the garden, very quiet and roomy, full bathtub, lots of hooks for hanging your belongings. Staff was...
