"I loved Hotel Jewel and the restaurant and the staff were fab. I only gave it a 4 as there is no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor and the luggage elevator only worked till 2nd floor - so it was quite the hike up and down. Ask for a room lower down if you don't like stairs. Still would recommend."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my visit. The air conditioning was one of the highlights—it kept the room cool all the time, which was a huge relief, especially during the warmer weather.
