It was scary a bit, but as we proceeded 2 mins further from the gate to the main lodge we were so relieved. It has that sense of welcoming peaceful atmosphere. "What a great group of friendly staff! From arriving at the train station to be met by Ruben who took care of the luggage, got us into the bus and by the time we were up at the hotel our bags were ready for us. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony "our shaman". Took care of every detail and gave us a lot of historical information. Have to say everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were excellent and made our (short) stay worth it. Thanks to all!"

"I absolutely love this hotel. They need a branch in Lima. Why do I love it? Each floor has a living area so you aren’t “stuck” in your bedroom but also not in a lobby where you are exposed to people coming and going. "Place was nice on the outside, lobby and dining. The rooms we got wax the deluxe which included dinner and breakfast. At dinner we choose one entree and appetizer and dessert. Food was amazing. Drinks were extra. I guess they don't heat the water at night and trying to take a shower it was super cold. Lots of messages in the rooms for happy hour.
