"I booked this hotel based on ratings, and I’m so glad I did! The staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is delicious, and includes made-to-order eggs, omelettes, or an assortment of meats, fruits, etc. The breakfast staff are top-notch. A huge highlight of the hotel is their rescue alpaca, Kiki. She is adorable and her personality shows through. There is always filtered water and teas available. Keep in mind that this is a small boutique hotel, so food options are limited and they also share their space with a massage and some other operation… didn’t love the setup. Staff speaks very little English but we made it work with a translation app!"

"A 15 minute walk from the center of town, but we never minded it. There are a couple of nice places for dinner right nearby too, if you want a break from the pricier touristy spots by the Plaza de Armas. The hotel is spotless and modern, and the staff wonderful. We stayed there in 3 installments, with tours in between, and they held our bags, handled our laundry, and were extremely attentive to every need. Top notch service at a very reasonable price."
