County Kilkenny Hotels with parking

"One night stay recently. When we arrived I have to say first impressions weren't great. Outside really needs some tlc. Felt like going home and getting my strimmers, it looks so neglected. That aside, we went in and were welcomed by two lovely staff members. After an easy check-in, she met us on our floor and showed us around, as I would say the nooks and crannys and then onto our room. It was surprisingly modern. After showing us how things worked she bid us a lovely stay. The room was lovely and spacious. The panoramic view wasn't quite so panoramic as part of it took in the old carpets that were obviously being replaced but still, the view from every other window was beautiful. Beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning was much appreciated on such a warm night. Didn't get to visit the pub but from passing by it, it looked fabulous. Despite the little hiccups, The Garrandarragh Inn is well worth a visit. Looking forward to returning for a longer stay. Much thanks to it's absolutely wonderful staff who make the stay perfect 👌"

"A great location and staff. Providing parking was a bonus as well! It was a quiet setting away from the crowds. If looking for a more raucous music and bar scene, there are plenty of options in walking distance."

"Location is great. Bar and dinner was good - limited menu. Breakfast was excellent. Fan in the bathroom was a bit scary. No lift to upper floors. "

"Cannot fault this lovely hotel. Just wanted to comment, to be patient with food order. We arrived at 7.30pm, staff where clearly busy, there was also a wedding in the venue. We where not served our starters until 9pm and deserts till after 10pm with a young family this was obviously not ideal. I must comment all food (apart from veggie option) was very good."
