"Our stay was in an annex building - too far from the main area - smelled of mold and musty. Room had everything you needed. They could not get the NFL game on in the bar - they didn’t carry the channel. Overall for the price not worth they stay. Is centrally located but so are many other hotels"

"We were upgraded to the bridal suite and it was amazing! Beautiful, large room with water views. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the gym or pool as there was a chemical
Spill. Taxis take a long time and are sporadic but walkable to city. Staff is very friendly and helpful - great breakfast and nice restaurant on peoperty."

"The hotel is nice enough, and in a decent location to have quick access to Galway.
We requested a king room; we’re not sure why there was a king bed plus two other single beds in our room. That wasn’t a problem, but it was very odd.
One big item that made us quite unhappy: a total lack of hot water for a morning shower. I can only assume that too many people are getting ready and their hot water just can’t keep up. It was not a pleasant surprise and staff didn’t really seem to care too much....

"Great place, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Only downside was it is a bit of a distance from town if walking 25-30 minutes maybe. Not an issue if you have a vehicle and only a minor if not."
