"The Snug hotel was true to its name, our room was very compact, but clean and a comfortable bed for our one night stay in Galway. The location can’t be beat and the hotel staff was very helpful in providing recommendations for the local area. We didn’t have any issues with noise as other have mentioned. It does take a bit of rearranging to have two suitcases open at once as floor space is minimal but there is a space under the bed to keep one larger suitcase open at all times. Also, there is no elevator for those that would need one. It was 4 flights of stairs to our room, which was very manageable. Overall, for a short stay, this was a great place and we would definitely stay again. "

"The Hotel Galmont was an excellent choice for our stay in Galway. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was a lack of drawer space (our friends’ room did have drawers.) There was an in-room safe. We didn’t take advantage of the spa because we were too busy, but it looked very nice. "
