"Grundsätzlich Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.Es ist ein Hotel für überwiegend Spanier,sehr trubelig.Leider sehr stressige Essenssituation,sehr laute Kantine-Bratgeruch hängt in Kleidung und Haar.Personal sehr flink,aber im Grunde Gefühl der Massenabfertigung.Kann man mit leben,aber das ist eine sehr persönliche Sache,was man erwartet.Sehr kinderfreundlich und Speiseangebot akzeptapel.Frühstück besser als Abendessen.Cafe mäßig,Teeangebot nicht auffindbar.Bei früher Abreise keine Lunchbox...

"Just returned from a weeks hols in October 2025, just my and son and a I. Hotels remote, but beautiful. In fairness it was better than good, very good even, just not quite 5 stars. Not many brits here, good or bad make your own mind up. But I would recommend learning sone spanish. Its definitely alpreciated. Buffet food was good, plenty to choose. And plenty of booze too. Would defo recommend to families, couples and anyone else for that matter. To the staff thank you for working hard....

"Superschöne Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade mit tollem Meerblick, gutem Frühstück, hilfsbereitem und netten Personal! Das Stadtzentrum mit der Altstadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar! Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Vor- und Nachsaison! Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert!"

"Excellent customer service by the receptionists (Sarah and Desiree) as well as the ladies from the cafeteria. Lovely and elegant hotel a few steps from the beach and all the Herradura venues. Highly recommended!"

"Die Anlage ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Das schlimmste ist die Lage hoch auf einem Berg, weit weg von 2 möglichen Stränden (grobe Kieselstrände). Es soll ein Bus-Shuttle alle 20 min. fahren. In Wirklichkeit nur 1 x pro Stunde. Es passen aber nur 34 Personen in den Bus, so dass man auch mal noch eine Stunde auf den nächsten Bus warten kann. Wenn man Pech hat (wir hatten 2 mal hintereinander Pech) kommt der letzte Bus nicht und man kann eine halbe Stunde in der prallen Sonne eine halbe Stunde...

"Really enjoyed this stay - chilled and relaxed just as we'd wanted when we visited in the last week of May. We had a room with a sea view and terrace and loved being on the loungers relaxing in front of the beach. Comfy beds, good air con. Restaurant downstairs had good food options too. Breakfast was fairly basic but still nice to have included. A short walk from the 'town centre' but steps from the beach."

"Friendly and helpful staff, perfect beach view from the room balcony; suite comfortable and very quiet at night, lunch at the hotel restaurant was incredible, and the town is delightful. The only negative is weak internet, but who needs internet on a beach getaway!"

"We had a room overlooking the beach which included a small balcony. I suspect that the views from the other rooms along the sides of the hotel were not quite so good. Beach access was easy - just cross the road and you're there. Mainly pebbles & coarse grit, with a few sandy patches. No problem renting a sunbed - plentiful supply. Several restaurants along the seafront, some good, some expensive. The evening buffet in the hotel was very high quality, plenty of choice, and even less expensive...
