"What an amazing hotel! The staff were so friendly and you get great discounts when you sign up to their loyalty programme. Loved the decor of the hotel also."

"Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast on the roof top."

"Beautiful hotel in great location."

"Great location, good service and great facilities! "

"Breakfast was great - lovely fresh fruits, good selection of cheeses, meats, pastries and various bread options. The location was well served with different bus option into the centre- so cheap €1.40 we did walk to the Maria Luisa park about 20 min brisk walk. Only thing pool was closed in Oct and the temperature was 26 -30 which for us coming from Scotland is very warm and would have liked to us it. Great stay slept well and good pillows"

"The room is quite small and did not match the pictures advertised. Additionally, after taking a shower, water flooded the bathroom floor and spread all the way to the toilet."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. It’s a great spot to catch some late October sunshine, with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic staff and some really good food. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone, and the poolside lunch menu was equally enjoyable. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay – friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They really are a credit to the hotel. There are, however, a couple of things worth considering before...

"The room was clean, the staff were helpful with giving us a spare key card as we had left ours in the room, and had a nap to help guide us in Malaga. Breakfast was fine !"

Overall, a nice property in a good location."

When making our booking, we contacted the hotel to request a specific room that we had stayed in the previous year, which had spectacular sweeping views of the coastline. The hotel acknowledged our request and advised that they would do their best to accommodate us. Approximately a week before our arrival, we contacted the hotel again to follow up on our request, but disappointingly received no response...

"Great location, high grade rooms and facility. 1000% recommend"

"Small amount of food options during the day. But apart from food options all very good"

"The hotel experience was very disappointing. There was an unpleasant sewage smell at the hotel entrance, which created a poor first impression. The room service was extremely inadequate and was not available 24 hours a day. Most of the time, either no one was available to assist us or we had to wait several hours to receive service. The views from the rooms were also very disappointing. Most rooms overlooked the walls of the neighboring building, while even the rooms advertised as having a...
