"Je suis déçu de la chambre elle ne semble pas correspondre au choix fait sur votre site, je voulais éviter la chambre aux couleurs sombres (marron ), loupé j'ai eu celle là c'est pour cela que j'avais sélectionner une de luxe, le petit déjeuner bien que copieux pour as digne d'un 5 étoiles, je venais de faire 2 autres 5 étoiles a moindre prix, (grenade et alicante) les produits et le service étaient plus qu'à la hauteur. Par contre l'établissement est magnifique "

"Unfortunately, a Palace it was not. The rooms were tired with torn or frayed rugs and fabrics. The furniture was in poor condition. The bathroom had mold in the shower. We had no hot water the first night. After that the hot water in the shower was a light brown color. No one asked us how our stay was when we left. I think they know the answer. The view from the room is of a narrow alley looking into another room."

"The Alhambra Palace Hotel is a beautiful property perched on the hill, making it an effortless walk to the Alhambra itself, a huge plus if that’s the reason for your visit. The hotel has a grand, atmospheric feel that perfectly complements the surroundings. The walk into town is a bit longer, but honestly it’s worth it for the location and the peaceful setting above the city. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Granada."
