"The location of the property was excellent. The room was very nice with friendly staff. The only minor thing that we did not like was the TV. It was a mini baby toy Tv with low picture quality. "The staff were accommodating and always willing to help. Our room was lovely and as advertised online. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pools were wonderful and our spa experience was extremely positive. Overall good value for dollar. Our only complaint would be the cost of a poolside drink - it was wild!"

"The staff were amazing and the room always seemed to get organized and cleaned super well. They helped getting us a taxi to take us to different parts that we liked to go too. Also, the spa was AMAZING, we got it at 7 pm, so obviously it was already dark but the scenery and the nature noises made it even more relaxing. The location is very peaceful and calm, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities."

"This property has an incredible view of the volcano and the most amazing trails right on the property.
