"We stayed here to celebrate our engagement, but the experience was disappointing overall. While the property itself is nice, the service was atrocious. Staff were consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed poorly trained and apathetic. Housekeeping entered our room twice without knocking and we were in bed naked. When we raised it, we were told to use the “Do Not Disturb” sign—no real apology or accountability. They made it our problem and only half took accountability after we pushed back....

"The place looks very nice from the outside but the room are cheap, bed slide all Over the place, cheap plastic patio furniture, the shower had leaks along with the overhead shower head being off and shooting in all directions. Room Service was a 2 out of 10, with sandwhich that I made when I was 5 . Pool was nice, entertainment was good. Dennis wore good a staff was good. Room was not good . "

"No power at electrical outlets in vanity room, no hot water in the morning in shower stall and vanity sinks, no coffee available in the Lobby. Recommend Springs Resort & Spa as their facility has outstanding facilities & services. "

"They advise that golf is included. It IS NOT. the main dinning doesn't open until 8am. If you want a coffee before 8am. You have to pay for it. The all inclusive drinks are watered down. The bus ride from airport is long, bad roads, and heavy traffic."

"We had no water 3’times while taking shower- very stressful. They mention a problem that lasted 3 days of our stay. We were offered early check , however it was not possible at last moment. We have to wait approximately 2 hours until we got the master suite. Even though staff was nice, I will not recommend the hotel to friends and family. Definitely there are better choices hotels in the area."

"Same breakfast everyday but huge selections (Tamara and Maris delicious ice coffees). Room very clean and staff sooo helpful and made our stay great. Gabriela concierge went beyond our expectations and made my wife’s Birthday a success.Swim up bar employees are top notch. Texmex restaurant delicious (Luis Carlos and Randal) went above and beyond. Had to walk back to get keys that worked then the door latch on the inside caught so we had to Jimmy it open. The rooms were not well maintained and the doors did not seal so bugs would crawl in the room and we would have to kill at least 5 bugs a day.
