Star class upgrade is worth it and I feel mandatory in order to enjoy everything around the resort. Always love Royalton hotels, the wildlife here was insane. I am more than happy with my stay and am so thankful for all the amazing staff that I will never forget ! "

"This was my first time in Costa Rica and at The Riu Palace. I was very happy with my stay here, everything exceeded my expectations! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, Shout out to the wait staff/entertainment Josi, Anderson, Isac, and Max! This crew really was Phenomenal!!! They made us feel like family. The food was delicious and had such a wide variety of options, the rooms were super clean and spacious. Overall I give this resort 10/10, will definitely return with my family. Pura Vida!!"
