"The room pretty n Clean. The food was not for me. This place good for family clean together time, but for me the most boring resort I been to in my life😢. They played programmed music why can’t I go to a country to hear Spanish music , West Indian music n dancing at the pool. I heard the hotel next door playing bingo I wanted to sneak over."

"Beautiful location, ocean front, rooms very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel general manager would walk around everyday treating all the guest he saw to make sure their stay was excellent and if he could answer questions you have. I would definitely return to this resort again in the future."

We went with little ones and we did not rent a car so we relied a lot on uber and the hotel’s transportation since the rooms are far away from the lobby and pools/restaurants. One thing I was disappointed it’s that they don’t offer transportation to the volcano viewpoint /mirador . I specifically booked this hotel because of that viewpoint . I talked to front office to see if I could get an uber to take us up there and they refused . Being that we had little ones with us...

"It was like staying inside a well kept jungle! The wildlife (birds and plants) on the property were gorgeous. We saw workers constantly cleaning pools and thermals, tending to the grounds, there was always someone around but no one ever bothered us to make us feel like we had to order something. The breakfast was amazing! We only ordered dinner once and it was beautiful. I was okay that the location was closer to the volcano than the downtown. My only complaints are that there weren't enough...

"This hotel is peaceful and perfect for a couples vacation. The housekeeping wasn’t really cleaning for example our sheets became dirty instead of them changing the sheets they made the bed up with the exact sheet on opposite side, they left the garbage and the cups of alcohol that were left on the mini fridge. Other than that the property is amazing food is amazing bartenders will have those drinks coming. It wasn’t to crowded as it is a small all inclusive resort. I will definitely be staying...

"The pool was the only thing as advertised! Buffet was horrible I would not feed to anyone made me sick and was awake all night! They advertise the have restaurants which is true however they are not operational and act like they have no space while the truth is it’s not real I went and checked for myself. The restaurants if they do exist are not all inclusive unless you stay 3 night and in that three nights one reservation"

Pool was perfect temperature, easy beach access, suite was perfect! I really can't say enough positives. We traveled with children and they had a blast! Do the all inclusive!
