10/10 Excellent

"The hotel had been refurbished and was spotlessly clean with good quality bedding and a comfortable bed. The room had basic amenities (small TV, open wardrobe storage and bedside lamps). The bathroom was good, with a large walk in shower. I missed having a kettle and hairdryer in the room, which would be my only criticism. The reception staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes from the train station and central Torremolinos. A great base if you're looking for a convenient budget hotel."

"Staff were friendly, check-in/out went smoothly. The room was smaller than I expected but the size was stated on the listing and it was clean and had all the basics required. However, it was quite noisy, the door to the outside had a gap at the bottom which let noise in from the outside - usually people talking or machinery being used outside peak sunlight hours. I could also hear loud water noises from the wall shared with one of the neighbouring rooms whenever one they turned their tap on. Both of these meant I didn't sleep well for 3 out of the 4 nights I stayed. But overall a good hotel, great location with 10-15 mins walk to the nearest train station or bus stop and public transportation is frequent. The pool was a nice temperature and the sun loungers were well maintained."

"Hotel was in a great location and pool and rooftop bar were great. Had to pay for safe separate which after checking in did not know until I got to the room so had to go back down again although luckily no queue but would be ideal to say before hand. Gym was very basic just cardio and one cross cable machine just could invest a little and have a rack of weights and a bench. That been said I was happy with the stay and for the money would stay again"
