Cari Hotel di Costa del Sol Occidental

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. It’s a great spot to catch some late October sunshine, with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic staff and some really good food. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone, and the poolside lunch menu was equally enjoyable. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay – friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They really are a credit to the hotel. There are, however, a couple of things worth considering before...

"Wij een een groot appartement. Super schoon en de bedden en de douche was super comfortabel. Uitzicht was prima."

"Very good location. Good breakfast. Rooms need improvement, especially the beds. Room safe to be without charge"

"Hotel is gorgeous, love the decor and trendy 70s inspired design. Room was enormous and very well decorated, though lack of drawers meant difficult to fully unpack with only hanging space. Giant balcony which was in the sun all day and overlooked the pool. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. I felt the service let the stay down overall. Whilst housekeeping were excellent, front desk/lobby staff were not forthcoming with checking in on our stay, helping with taxis etc. Bar service around the pool...

"Excellent"

"Nice hotel with great Breakfast, only thing that next customers has to know is that the Sauna is not included in the price..pretty disappointed to pay 25€ on the top of the room was expected to be included for a Five Star!!!"

"Fantastic little site. Lovely for families. Lots of activities, great pool and even a water slide. Food and drink on site was good with a few choices. We stayed in a bungalow and it was compact but had everything we needed."

"Loved we were closer to the beach and supermarkets on site. Fab stay"

"Beside the beach, excellent well maintained pools. Good towel and bed management. Fabulous for families with children."

"Nice clean rooms & good location. However, the buffet restaurant was terrible served raw chicken on the Saturday night. The staff said the hotel manager was unavailable until Monday, dreadful experience & very disappointed with the buffet restaurant, service & staff reaction. No manager contacted us during our remaining stay, despite us requesting a meeting, We were at the hotel a further 2 nights."
