"We had the beach front villa No. 8, which was huge & well appointed and private. Comfy bed & pillows, decent kitchen area. The sofa could have been more comfortable and a bit larger. Buffet breakfast was nice, happy hour was relaxing, front desk staff were helpful, & other staff were so gentle and kind. Wifi a bit hit & miss, but that’s ok. "Our family of four with two teenagers had such a lovely and peaceful stay here in a 1 bedroom family suite. We woke up to sunrise views. Beach here is so quiet (no other visitors other than villa guests/ faces the windward side a bit rough to swim) yet only a 20min walk to Muri where you can find dining options. We arrived late into Rarotonga and the kind host Svein was there to greet us and fridge had milk/toast/cereal. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Tamanu resort. The resort is very pretty in a great area, we only wish the restaurant could offer more variety of food choices and better flavors. The room we stay in was also pretty nice, only a few things like sink was leaking and toilet didn’t flush properly from time to time.. overall we had a great time."
