"The pictures online are much better than the actual property. My experience here was honestly very disappointing. The first room I was placed in had a toilet leaking water all over the bathroom floor. After reporting it, I was moved to a second room, which was even worse — there was visible mold all over the ceiling and I found a bug on the bed. I was then moved a third time, and while that room was acceptable, the overall experience had already ruined the stay for me. The property feels more...

"We had a nice stay. Enjoyed having a drink at the bar and listening to the band. Had a nice breakfast in the morning. No major complaints, but for the price and style of the hotel I expected it to be cleaner. One of my drinks in the bar had a dirty ice cube and the glassware and plates at breakfast had some spots on them (looked like dried food that didn’t come off in dishwasher) "

"We had bed bugs. Came down to the desk and showed them photos/videos. They said they’d contact us but never did. Asked to speak to manager and was denied. Stay would’ve been fine and if they resolved things this review could’ve been avoided. Shuttle service was down also."

"Our room was noisy, police sirens every 5 minutes through the night combined with a broken air vent, the motor was making very loud screeching noises. We requested service and nothing was done about it. The area (Yale) is a true eye opening experience that was unexpected. We were approached by beggars for money to buy alcohol within 15 seconds of walking out of the hotel, the public transit (across the street) is dirty and trash on the street everywhere. Making a change in the community starts...
