"Wonderful stay with our two young kids. The beach was spectacular without being overrun with pushy vendors. Good food. Great drinks. Super comfy beds. We spent most of our time at the non-activity pool because it was more chill without music blaring all day. Service was hit and miss but no big deal. The specialty restaurants were really really good too. Would definitely return if the price was right. We would have bought day passes to the beach club but they were asking $200usd per person. There was no chance we were going to waste our vacation on the timeshare presentation to get the beach passes for free. All in all a great vacation. "

"A small resort that was everything our family needed. Despite being located right off the main road, the property is a beautiful oasis. All 4 of us, including two boys (12 & 15), loved the buffet and pool. A special shout-out to David and Angel for keeping us full of yummy, frozen drinks. The beach is quick and easy to get to, and fantastic for those who love beach walking, swimming, or just sitting and people-watching. Our room was on an upper level, with a high ceiling. It took us a night to get used to the sound of the AC, but appeciated the comfort it provided. We loved the balcony, even though it's only (just) big enough for two, as the flowers and mature trees are really lovely. There are restaurants and stores (including Walmart) within walking distance. The marina, as well, is close. We only ventured downtown twice and it was very easy to catch an Uber from the front entrance of the hotel and took 10-15 minutes. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone, with or without kids, who wants a truly laid-back experience."
