"Overall a pretty bad experience.
Our check-in was decent, but when we didn't want to go to the walk through where they sell there travel club package they called and text me multiple time around 8 am, waking us up multiple times, begging us to go.
The pools were so dirty you couldnt see the bottom of the pool the first half of our stay.
The a la carte restaurants were pretty gross. It took almost 30 mins for someone to come take drink/food orders, after that the food came pretty quick.
Service in the buffet was incredibly slow, we couldnt get our own drinks, and the food was poor quality.
The staff where mostly dismissive and rude, aside from a few quality/friendly bartenders, and the table staff in the patio side of the buffet were always very quick and friendly.
Many of the wedding party we were here with had mold in there rooms and far worse experiences than us, and overall the communication from the hotel to guests was horrible.
We wouldn't choose to come back again."
