"Our ocean view was a bit of a distant view with other hotel units in front of us but we did still see the ocean. We ate at the buffet & burger snack bar most of the time-my husband didn’t like to put on long pants!! The breakfasts were the same each day but you could have an omelet made & there were enough items to switch it up. Seems the dinners revolved around a theme like Chinese or such-it was all pretty good. I’ve always heard about subpar alcohol at all-inclusives. Unfortunately, this place followed suit. They specialized in their own “specialty” drinks however I found them to be way too sweet but very pretty as the mixes were heavily colored. The drinks were also weak-I had to request more alcohol. Only a couple of non-well alcohols if you wanted to make your own concoction. Ended up getting a bottle at a liquor store. The housekeeping staff was superb-had clean towels & made bed every day. Overall, I would recommend the resort. "

"Overall a pretty bad experience. Our check-in was decent, but when we didn't want to go to the walk through where they sell there travel club package they called and text me multiple time around 8 am, waking us up multiple times, begging us to go. The pools were so dirty you couldnt see the bottom of the pool the first half of our stay. The a la carte restaurants were pretty gross. It took almost 30 mins for someone to come take drink/food orders, after that the food came pretty quick. Service in the buffet was incredibly slow, we couldnt get our own drinks, and the food was poor quality. The staff where mostly dismissive and rude, aside from a few quality/friendly bartenders, and the table staff in the patio side of the buffet were always very quick and friendly. Many of the wedding party we were here with had mold in there rooms and far worse experiences than us, and overall the communication from the hotel to guests was horrible. We wouldn't choose to come back again."

"Check in line was a joke, took over 90 minutes standing in a cattle line. The al cart restaurants were always “Full” or available after 9:00 pm and the food was poor. There was NEVER a Manager on duty, so any and all issues were never addressed and or resolved. Room service was available 50% of the time. There were lines for EVERYTHING, food, drinks, reservations, towels. Not worth the money, they have too many rooms and inadequate staff and supplies."
