"This resort is very good and our room was nice overall. We found that our AC was not working, but when I informed the staff at checkout, they were very cooperative and waived the resort fee, which we appreciated. One suggestion would be to provide water bottles in the rooms for guests."

"Love this place! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, beautiful unique room, incredible view of the mountain, gorgeous common areas and everything you could possibly need. The room is compact, but very comfortable. We did miss having a small area to sit and work, but the common areas can be used for that purpose. Walls are thin so perhaps bring some earplugs. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!"

"No words can describe the amazing time we had at Coast Hillcerst Hotel. I am so glad that this was the hotel that we chose to stay in. The hotel is pretty much wrap around mountains, which we loved so much. And all the food that we ate at the restaurant were just amazingly so delicious. It's a very close drive to downtown. The very serene place of this hotel is just exceptional."
