"Housekeeping were great, but the front desk were not very helpful. Asked for trash bags and said they didn’t have any but when I asked housekeeping, they gave me some. Also, the air conditioning in my room didn’t work. There’s no power to the unit. The water in the sink came out extremely hot and would take a while to cool down to normal temperature. Got a deal on the booking so I got what I paid for but for a downtown spot the theme in the decorations were okay. Not Hilton or Doubletree usual work."

"I decided to stay here because it is the newest property but the property was dirty. The restaurants, we did the buffet for dinner and the 24/7 for breakfast and food was ok but you could see how dirty everything was. The room as soon as we open the door had a pee smell. The pool closed for kids at 6pm when check in is only at 4pm, not convenient at all if you are staying with children. Overall very disappointed with the experience."

"There is no justification for $7 bottle water in the hotel lobby or $55 per night valet parking. Only tells the hotel only wants to exploit customers. It is not about cost but I what one gets for it. Sonesta will not be my first choice in the future"
