"Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room was bright, clean, bed was comfy, air-conditioning worked. Location was pretty good for Carmelo proper - just off the centre, with easy access for everything from bus station to some of the best food in town. Not so good was the limited front-desk hours which meant having to plan to arrive within a two-hour window. Also the bikes for rent could be in better shape (and not all built for six-foot-tall riders)."

"Extremely clean hotel and it is quite old so was surprised how well they keep it up. The staff were very accommodating for our wants and needs. Breakfast was your typical South American breakfast but was impressed with the quantity and quality. Again staff were great in the breakfast area. Comfy bed, good wifi.
