La culpa fue de hoteles.Com que cuando llegue el hotel estaba cerrado, una vergüenza tuvimos que conseguir de apuro y yo hable por teléfono con el hotel y no me dijeron que estaba cerrado el hotel, todo un desastre

Everything was ok except that outside my room were dogs barking all night long making it impossible to sleep quitely. Then it was was some birds on the roof making noise again. If you got to this hotel, stay away of room 8208. In the morning I went to complain to the reception desk and the didn’t react to my comments. No apologies, nothing. Very disappointed. In an overall, not such a good night of sleep.

O único atendente de recepcao foi gentil após aguardarmos 30min no checkin mas o quarto é muito ruim!!! A parede do banheiro tem um buraco no box e ao reclamarmos nos disseram que só havia este quarto disponível (um quarto nestas condições não é comercializável)

Solo tengo que decir dos cosas que me parecieron mal la piscina interior no tenia el agua calefaccionada como decia la promocion y era un fin de semana y habia problemas con el agua el ultimo dia hicieron mantenimiento del tanque y no avisaron nada

Lamentablemente este hotel bajo de categoria.

La atencion en la recepcion, no es como deberia ser. No hay personal, para llevar el equipage a las habitaciones. La limpieza de las habitaciones y los baños, dejan mucho que desear. No es nada similar a lo que era hace un tiempo. La sala de gimnasia, tiene el 50% de las maquinas estan con desperfectos. El agua de la piscina, no esta suficientemente caliente.

Nice hotel but a little too far from old town

The hotel was nice but it was a ways out of the old town so you had to take a taxi. The rambla was a beatiful walk but if you're in to walking around the old town for shops, drinks and food, then this is a little too far away
