The first did not have the view that we PAID for, the second's shower overflowed into the bathroom, could not be fixed, the third room’s bed was not clean. We slept in urine and blood that was not ours. Needless to say, cleaning the bed was the least that they could do. This turned me off from this resort alone and for this, I will never return. "I traveled to Cartagena on a solo trip from June 13th to 14th to reset from a long school year! The stay was amazing! My flight got delayed, so I ended up getting in after midnight. The hotel had a staff member present who opened the door, and I was able to check in at the front desk. During the stay, they offered activities throughout the week, and the pool was very nice.
