Broken elevator, wallpaper falling off mildewed walls, popcorn falling from the ceilings in the bathroom, a rancid smell coming out of the A/C, the tobacco dip cups in the stairwell you have to step around (since there's no running elevator), trash in the parking lot, even cold coffee at 7:45 am.......
