"The facilities are extremely basic. There was no coffee or tea, water boiler, hair dryer provided, just some dirty paper cups. I also found hair in the sink. Essentially, all you get is a bed with pillows, but even the bed sheets were dirty."

Perhaps written English instructions would be useful. The sound of trickling water (radiators) was very difficult to sleep with. They however did find my kindle to return to us, which we are extremely thankful for."
