We were transferred to this hotel by Expedia when a problem occurred with our previous hotel in the local area. When we arrived at Les Manoirs, we were highly impressed by every aspect of the establishment. The staff were charming and professional. Our apartment was outstanding and spotless. The food in the restaurant was not cheap but it reflected the impressive quality and presentation of the meals. We swam, we played table tennis, we wandered around the grounds - everything was delightful. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We would like to return to Les Manoirs again some day.

Disappointing

We shave stayed at this hotel for many years now and every year it's a little bit worse. on the positive side, there are many friendly and hard-working staff, but the property itself is in decline. We stayed in a Manor Suite. The wardrobe was too narrow to accommodate the width of their coathangers and kept getting jammed, the table outside dripped rust onto my new skirt and I can't shift the stains, the lounge furniture was covered in stains from the spillages of former guests and they appear to be ruuning out of water for the bedside tables - on the first day 2 tiny bottles, then one tiny bottle between us for 2 nights , finishing with no water at all on the last night. The outdoor bar would be nice if the cushions out their weren't covered in bird droppings. We booked a table outside at their restaurant, but when we arrived, they told us outside wan't available, but the inside restaurant had no atmosphere and smelt of stale food so we left. The guys next door to us had dogs - we like dogs but they elected to poop just outside our front door and it was left like that for the rest of our stay - no attempt to clean up the frontage or lawn.

Nous étions avec notre chien et il a vécu ses meilleures vacances. Le parc est énorme et il a pu courir partout en toute liberté. À noter qu'il était accepté également au restaurant ce qui nous a facilité la vie !

endroit retiré où l'on est au calme. Petit déjeuner décevant par rapport au prix de 25€, les produits proposés n'ont rien d'exceptionnel. La piscine n'a pas de jets, par contre elle est grande. Pas de tisane ou thé mis à disposition, dommage. Quand on se trouve dans un logement non attenant au bâtiment principal, pas de sac à disposition pour emmener le peignoir et les chaussons, du coup on se retrouve avec une serviette, car pas de peignoir disponible au spa. Massage aux pierres chaudes très agréable, dommage qu'une boisson ne soit pas proposée après, ailleurs c'est toujours proposé. En résumé hotel bien mais pas extraordinaire.
