"Room smelt like cigarette smoke. Wasn’t dealt with despite letting reception know. Left 2 days early due to smell and got a room at another hotel. No refund provided "

"Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, bedding clean, aircon good and pretty quiet. Good price for the location It is need of a spruce up The carpet was very shabby, curtains not on hooks, dirty marks on the walls and skirting boards. No bath mat or hair dryer. "
