"A short birthday escape from the busy areas of Pattaya/Jomtien to the quieter life at Ocean Marina. King Balcony room was very comfortable, free mini bar stocked daily. Excellent staff, quick to respond to all requests. Swimming pool has separate kids play area, good for sunset. Several bar restaurants and beach a short walk, also the marina wall walk. Bang Saray restaurants only a 15-20 drive. Will be back."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! advertised as luxury. No hot water in kitchen or bathroom sinks as per design. Hot water in shower not working. Dishes in cupboard were dirty. No covered parking allowed. TVs not as advertised. Non stop noise from tour buses next door from 3am to 1am. Etc. etc. Almost no water pressure. Complete waste of money."

"글쎄요 생각해던거 보다 별로네요. 동네가 조금 길가여서 시끄럽고 개들이 너무 많아서 겁나기도 했네요. 체크인하는곳 찾느라 고생도 좀 하고, 제 전체적인 평가는 쏘쏘입니다."

"The accommodation is great throughout, good Location easy to get around with 10 baht Taxi just outside. Loved the Beach facing Balcony with Sunshine all afternoon, the Swimming Pool at the front is great for cooling off at the end of the day."

"Place is smaller than it looks in the pictures and there is a lot of noise and buses always out front. Definitely do not recommend for this price."

"very large, comfortable and quiet villa. It is very well equipped. Exchanges are easy through Line. The neighborhood is good, lots of options for eating. We will come back to this."
