"My stay at Hotel Ramada was overall pleasant. The room interior was excellent — stylish, comfortable, and very well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing. The breakfast was truly outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options that exceeded expectations. The swimming pool, though a bit small, was still enjoyable. However, I feel the reception staff needs improvement. Despite having a booking for a larger room, I was shown to a much smaller one, which felt unfair and a bit disappointing. Reception is the first impression of any hotel, and a more professional and rational approach would make a big difference in guest satisfaction. Overall, with some improvement at the front desk, Hotel Ramada has all the potential to offer an excellent and memorable stay for its guests "

"It was definitely very clean and nice,staff was very helpful ,always attentive to our need and comfort.The best part was the peaceful quite all around.breakfast buffet was good.The only negative thing about this place was the lunch and dinner option ,extremely overpriced ,limited choice.the food was not up to my expectation in such a beautiful place.Thank you"

"The staff at Prime Park Hotel truly ‘went the extra mile’, arranging for boxed breakfast for our early ferry trip, arranging transport for us, checking schedules- and all this in a polite and efficient manner. Facilities snd amenities are also good value- an attractive reception area, charming cafe/ bistro on the 8 th floor and good buffet breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel! "
